Panther Creek Estates - Sale of Real Property

Project Description: Pursuant to Section 272.001(a) of Texas Local Government Code, the City of Frisco is accepting sealed bids for the purchase of the City-owned real property described below (the “Property”). The City will consider bids offering cash. Bids must be for all of the Property and not just for a portion thereof. No late bids will be accepted. The receipt of responses does not require the City to accept any bid, enter into a contract or complete a sale or exchange. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid submitted within three business days of the bid closing.
The City will receive responses to this Best Value Bid # 2605-064 at the George A. Purefoy Municipal Center, Attn: Steve Cone, Purchasing Manager, 6101 Frisco Square Blvd., Frisco, Texas 75034 until June 18, 2026 at 2:30 PM CT. Questions concerning the bid must be submitted in writing via email to Purchasing, at email address purchasing@friscotexas.gov, prior to June 11, 2026 at 4 PM CT. The bid documents may be obtained in person at the George A Purefoy Municipal Center, 6101 Frisco Square Blvd., Frisco, Texas 75034, or downloaded from Bonfire (friscotexas.bonfirehub.com).
