Q1: The solicitation states that the quantity is 84 each. Is this 84 individual rolls needed OR 84 cases needed?
A1: 84 individual rolls.
Q2: Can the film be a color other than clear?
A2: No.
Q3: Can the roll be longer than the stated 1,461 ft? If yes, what is the maximum length?
A3: No.
Q4: What is the date the rolls must be delivered to the County department?
A4: November 6, 2026.
Q5: The packet requests grant forms pages 3-39 and includes construction-related provisions. For this
supply-only purchase, please identify all required signatures/initials and whether inapplicable provisions
may be marked N/A.
A5: The County prefers that suppliers initial all clauses.
Q6: Is there a required delivery completion date beyond the Delivery ARO a supplier quotes?
