STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW)

Robert J. Dole VA Medical Center

Veterans Health Administration

INTRODUCTION

This requirement is to provide the Veterans Health Administration, Robert J Dole VA Medical Center (Wichita VAMC), Sterile Processing Service (SPS) and Surgery Department with a service agreement for the maintenance and repair of Steris equipment.

SCOPE OF WORK

Description of Work:

The service provided must meet or exceed the standards of the Steris Total Care Connect Agreement. The contractor shall deliver comprehensive on-site service, encompassing preventive maintenance, all replacement parts, labor, supervision, travel expenses, phone support, remote services support, tools, testing equipment, and all other incidentals necessary to maintain or restore the listed equipment to operational specifications as per the manufacturer's recommendations. The contractor is required to supply loaner equipment, all necessary licenses, performance documentation, and execute all field modification instructions, manufacturer recalls, software updates, upgrades, and patches as provided by the OEM at no additional cost. Additionally, the contractor must conduct continuous remote monitoring of equipment throughout the agreement period. A minimum equipment uptime of 97% must be sustained.
