Overview: The study will investigate the foundation, rails, rail spacing, rail tiedowns, and alignment methods for a new track design and architecture at the HHSTT. The output of this study informs the design requirements for the next-generation track design and new construction activities currently in progress at Holloman Air Force Base, New Mexico.
