Synopsis This is a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a Contractor to provide Professional Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) services which are required for constructability reviews, contract administration, inspection, and materials sampling and testing for the Cecil Mega Site Rail Spur. This project will construct a rail spur off an existing CSX main track, beginning north of I-10 and terminating near the southwestern corner of Parcel #001967-0040 to provide direct access to the development site.
