Bids to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals to complete all work for the Multi-Site Low Voltage Improvements – Phase 6 at Justice Page Middle School, 1 West 49th Street, Minneapolis, MN 55419 & Roosevelt High School 4029 28th Avenue South, Minneapolis, MN 55406 project, in accordance with Drawings and Specifications prepared by Wold Architects and Engineers, 50 South 6th Street, Suite 2250, Minneapolis, MN 55402.
Plans and specifications will be available Friday, March 6, 2026
Procurement of Documents is as follows: You may view and order documents for this project by going online to Quest CDN (Quest eBidDoc # 10095178). Website: Electronic downloads are available by visiting www.QuestCDN.com. The cost for downloading a set of Contract Documents is $22. In the left column under “Plan rooms”, select “Order from Plan Well”.
When the next page opens, skip the username section and in the left column under “Public Plan room”, select “Go”.
Once in the plan room, you may find the project and click on the project number link to the left.
Once in the project, select “Download Complete Set”, then “Instant Download”.
After Registration, select “Download Now”. You will be provided with a link to the files. Simply click it and save to your computer.
You must complete the checkout process or you will not be notified when Addenda are issued.
MANDATORY IN PERSON PRE-BID MEETING will be held on March 20, 2026, 8:00 A.M. The meeting will be held in person starting at Justice Page Middle School, 1 West 49th Street, Minneapolis, MN 55419 starting promptly at 8:00 AM (potential bidders to meet and check-in at the main entrance). Next, we will head to Roosevelt High School at 4029 28th Avenue South, Minneapolis, MN 55406.
All potential bidders are REQUIRED to attend Pre-Bid Meeting. Meeting will start promptly and no bidder will be permitted in the mandatory pre-bid after the meeting has started. Please allow adequate time for travel to the in-person meeting. Subcontractors are also encouraged to attend.

by Friday, March 27th, 2026, 10:00 A.M. (EMAIL TO ALL THREE AT SAME TIME).
Subject line must bear the name of the firm submitting the bid, the Official Publication Number, and the Official
Publication Title. Proposals must be typewritten or handwritten. The bidders assume the risk of any delay in the receipt of the bids. The bidder assumes all responsibility for having their bid is delivered by the time specified. The bids will be opened and read aloud by MPS District staff on a Microsoft Teams Meeting on Friday, March 27, 2026, 10:30 A.M.
ONE (1) complete ORIGINAL paper version of proposal, including attachments, is to be MAILED to: Minneapolis Public Schools, Attn: Procurement, 1250 West Broadway Ave, Minneapolis MN 55411, and must be postmarked within five (5) business days of bid due date. Bids must be accompanied by a bid deposit of 2% of the total amount bid in the form of a certified check or bidder’s corporate surety bond made payable to Special School District No. 1.
