WPS Website Platform and CMS Bid Proposal

The Wellesley Public Schools invites sealed proposals from contractors for the development of a website platform and CMS. A one-year contract will be awarded pursuant to the provisions of M. G. L. CH 30B, to the most responsive, responsible proposer based upon the review and evaluation of the proposals received. This award will not be solely based on price. The proposer submitting the technical and price proposal considered to be most advantageous to the district in accordance with the RFP will be awarded the contract. Sealed proposals must be received on or before April 27, 2026, at 10:00 AM. These specifications are in anticipation of funding. All contracts are voided if funds are not available. Proposals are subject to M. G. L. 30B requirements. Proposal specifications will be available electronically on April 8, 2026. by emailing: schoolbids@wellesleyma.gov. Wellesley Public Schools reserves the right to cancel the proposal request, reject any or all proposals and waive informalities.
