Notice is hereby given that sealed bids for Bid #2026-04 Demolition of Various Buildings Located
in Camden, NJ for the Camden County Improvement Authority will be received, opened and read
in public at the Camden County Improvement Authority's Office, 520 Market Street, 1st Floor
Lobby, Camden, NJ 08102 on Thursday, October 1, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. prevailing time by the
Camden County Improvement Authority Purchasing Specialist or their designee.
It is recommended that each bid be sent by U.S. Mail to the Camden County Improvement
Authority's Office, 520 Market Street, 6th Floor, Suite 6400, Camden, NJ 08102. If hand-
delivered, bids must be dropped off at the Camden County Improvement Authority, 520
Market Street, 6th Floor, Camden, NJ 08102. The CCIA assumes no responsibility for delays
in any form of carrier, mail or delivery service causing the bid to be received at the CCIA
later than the above-referenced scheduled opening.
All bidders are strongly encouraged to attend a pre-bid meeting to be held onsite at 415
Federal Street, Camden, NJ on Monday, August 31, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. prevailing time to
fully understand the specifications and conditions of work to be done under this bid.
All bidders questions and Requests for Information (RFI) must be submitted in writing to the
Project Engineer Chad Gaulrapp @ cgaulrapp@pennoni.com. by 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday,
September 9, 2026.
Prospective bidders are advised that the Project is subject to a Project Labor Agreement
(PLA). The PLA will be binding upon al Contractors performing on-site Project work, as
defined in Article 3 of the PLA. The PLA will be included in the bid specifications.
Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c.127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27) and
N.J.S.A 10:5-31 et seq.
Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1999, c. 238, (N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.48
to 57) where applicable.
Bidders are responsible for obtaining the complete bid documents available at the
offices of Pennoni Associates (Engineer) located at 515 Grove Street, Haddon Heights, New
Jersey 08035. Bidders can obtain electronic copies of the bid specifications by emailing
cgaulrapp@pennoni.com. In the event of inconsistencies between this advertisement, as
published, and the bid documentation, the bid documentation shall govern
