The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) by the City of Harrisonburg, Virginia (City) is to solicit sealed bids from interested vendors (Bidder) to construct various sidewalk, separated bicycle lane, and intersection improvements along Port Republic Road at Bluestone Drive (UPC 119662) and Bradley Drive (UPC 119652), as shown in the attached construction plans. This ITB includes two (2) distinct VDOT projects but will be awardedto the lowest cumulative bidder of both projects.
