Rolling Storage Shelves

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the replacement of rolling storage shelves prepared in accordance with the format in RFO Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotes are requested and a separate notice will not be issued. This solicitiaton is issued as a Request for Quote.

The Contracting Office notifies prospective vendors that this solicitation will be subject to RFO clause 52.232-18, Availability of Funds.

Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.

Interested vendors are asked to review the attached instructions in the 'RFQ Combo - Rolling Storage Shelves' document, and refer to the attached Salient Characteristics for information on the requirement.

All submissions must include a completed section 6 - 9 of the combo solicitation. This covers all required information for contact information, and failure to provide all sections may result in the quote being considered non-responsive.

AMENDMENT: For the purpose of Delivery Calculation, Delivery is to be made FOB: Destination to 375 Mamiya Ave, Bldg 2140, JBPHH, HI, 96818.

AMENDMENT: For Reference to the Current System, please see the attached document for pictures.

AMENDMENT: While the photographs supplied of the current system display parachute racks, they are not necessary for the offer, and we are not looking for re-use of the existing shelves. Reference and adhere to the attached Salient Characteristics sheet for your proposal.
