Scope of Work: BACKGROUND 1. The City of Ocala requires the services of an experienced vendor to provide fencing repairs, additions and new fence installation as needed. 2. All work performed will be on an as-needed basis. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT Experience Required: Bidder must provide a minimum of two (2) references whom they have performed similar services for within the past five (5) years.
CONTRACT TERM/DELIVERY TIMELINE 1. Term: The resulting contract will be for an initial term of three (3) years. 2. Renewals: Two optional, one (1) year renewal terms. 3. Lead Time: The maximum acceptable lead time on materials is two (2) weeks.
