Description
Environment and Climate Change Canada is seeking services to obtain information on the personal care products and cleaning products sectors in Canada in relation to their use of plastic, the successes and barriers of existing reduction, reuse/refill and waste diversion initiatives in the sectors, and the plastic recyclability of personal care and cleaning product packaging and formulations. This information will help fill data gaps in the personal care and cleaning products sectors in Canada.
The period of the Contract from award will be 12 weeks.

Evaluation methodology: Highest combination of technical merit (70%) and Price (30%)
