| Bid Synopsis: | The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS), Division of Medicaid Services (DMS), Milwaukee Enrollment Services (MilES) is seeking bids for Russian Advocacy Services. The Supplier will provide advocacy services to Russian Immigrants and Russian Immigrant families by assisting in navigating DHS programs such as: Wisconsin Medicaid, BadgerCare Plus, Wisconsin FoodShare, and Child Care benefits. These advocacy services will also include counseling of clients, working with DHSs and MilES to provide individualized case management to determine client eligibility, hosting clients using various techniques, and facilitating communication between Vendor’s staff and DHS. |
