The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) seeks to lease the following space:

North: I-90 from the northwest corner of I-90 and I-290 heads east to cross with South Halsted Street forming the Northeast corner.
East: South Halstead Street from I-290 to I-55
South: I-55 to I-355
West: I-355 heading north to connect to I-290. I-290 crosses I-90 making the northwest corner of the delineated area.

The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Forest Park, IL. The Government will consider alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.

Space must be handicapped accessible, (ADA compliant), with 24 on-site parking spaces. The space preferred will be first floor contiguous, but will consider non-contiguous and/or other floor levels with working elevators if ADA compliant. Interested offerors, (owners, brokers, or their legal representatives) should submit specific information concerning their properties, photos, general layout of the space offered, location of the space, and approximate price-per-square-foot by E-mail no later than 10:00AM (CST) on 2/5/2025 to the following:
