Project Description: Construction of a two-stage foul air biotower and associated controls and piping on a 0.33-acre site, including grading of the site, an access driveway, site fencing and gates, landscaping, connections to existing water, sewer, & power utilities, and approximately 430 feet of a 24” HDPE foul air line connecting to a sewer manhole in 1000 West.
