Description

The Office of the Chief Human Resources Officer (OCHRO), on behalf of the Treasury Board (TB) as the employer of the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF), requires the services of a Contractor to provide job assessment services for its pay equity committee (PEC). The Contractor must coordinate with OCHRO and the PEC leads to provide and present information to the PEC when requested. The Contractor must customize or configure its gender-neutral proprietary value of work (VOW) tool and methodology to fit the context of the employer.
