The Department of Administration, through its Facilities Management division, intends to renew our agreement with Culligan Water on the rental of Deionized Water Tanks (DI Tanks) for several capitol complex sites. The size of the tanks is determined by the facility system; a D4S 14" Duobed Strong Base is required for the Department of Transportation building and the 691 Robert Street/Judicial Center; and a D9W 9" Duobed Weak Base is required for the Administration Building, the Centennial building, and the Veterans Service Building.
This has been determined to be a single-source due to the proprietary Culligan systems we have in our facilities. If there are any concerns regarding this single source opportunity, contact Michael Fisch at michael.fisch@state.mn.us before Wednesday, October 21, 2026 at 2:00pm Central Time.
