Description
The project is structured in three phases:
Phase 1: Asset Management Policy Review & Update
Phase 2: Asset Management Strategy
Phase 3: Asset Management Plan & Implementation
The successful proponent will engage stakeholders, assess available data and systems (e.g., CityWide), and align deliverables with ISO 55000, FCM, and other recognized frameworks.
Proposals must be submitted electronically by May 13, 2025, at 14:00 Mountain Time (MT) to:
