**26 AUGUST 2026 AMENDMENT 2 to Solicitation: The purpose of this amendment is to update solicitation N4523A26Q5719 to update the acquisition strategy to full and open competition, remove FAR clause 52.219-6 to reflect the transition from a small business set-aside, and adjust the proposed base year Period of Performance to run from 22 September 2026 through 21 September 2027.

**3 AUGUST 2026 AMENDMENT 1 to Solicitation: The purpose of this amendment is to update solicitation N4523A26Q5719 to include the following FAR and DFARS provisions and/or clauses: FAR 52.219-14, FAR 52.203-6, FAR 52.219-8, FAR 52.222-40, DFARS 252.204-7021, and DFARS 252.204-7025. An amended version of Q&A has also been posted. As a result of this amendment, the solicitation has been extended through Friday, 07 August 2026 at 0900 PDT.
