Description
Please note that late submissions will not be considered or accepted. This procurement is subject to the Agreement Between the Inuit of the Nunavut Settlement Area and His Majesty the King in Right of Canada. This solicitation is limited for bidding among firms registered on the Inuit Firm Registry (IFR). The Terms of Reference (TOR) details the extent of Required Services to deliver a Building Condition Report (BCR) and related studies for Public Works and Government Services Canada at the Green Row Housing in Iqaluit. Provide a Building Condition Assessment and Report, with related studies for the Green Row Housing complex. The Condition Assessments are to be based on the following inspection criteria: Visual surface inspection, history, maintenance, records, studies, and Interviews.. Perform a Thermography Study for the building, reporting on building envelope and life safety systems. Complete a single CRiVA report for the Green Row Housing complex, refer to Appendix A. Carry out a Criticality assessment, evaluating individual building systems for operational criticality. Develop the scheduling plan in consultation with the DR. Lead, monitor, and control the closeout and timely provision of final project deliverables. Identify the need for BCR Level III studies, based on the on-site findings, and cite them in the report.
