Innes Avenue Sidewalk Improvement Project [MLBE SET-ASIDE]
The Scope of Work: located along Innes Avenue between Donahue & Earl Streets in District 10 of San Francisco, California and consists of pavement renovation, curb ramp construction, drainage work, retaining wall structural work, rock catchment fencing installation, traffic control, and all related work.
The time allowed for completion is 365 consecutive calendar days. The estimated construction cost is approximately $838,000. Quotes in excess of $1,000,000 may not be awarded through this informal bidding process.
Class "A" license is required to bid.
Only San Francisco Contract Monitoring Division (CMD) certified Micro-LBE contractors are eligible to bid on this Set-Aside Contract in accordance with Administrative Code Chapter 14B.7(K) Micro-LBEs that subcontract any portion of this Contract should subcontract to businesses certified as Micro-LBEs, to the maximum extent possible. Prime bidders must serve a Commercially Useful Function based on the Contract’s scope of work, and must perform work directly with a value of at least twenty-five (25%) of the total Contract amount. Bid discounts, LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement, and Good Faith Efforts are not applicable to this contract. Other CMD requirements shall apply.
