Questions regarding this RFI shall be submitted no later than (NLT) 4:00PM EDT on 23 September 2024. Written responses to this RFI shall be submitted NLT 4:00 PM EDT on 21 October 2024. Please submit questions and written responses by email, to Contracting Officer, Mr. Michael Pacheco, at michael.pacheco.4@us.af.mil, and the Contract Specialist, Ms. Jacquelyn Kelly, at jacquelyn.kelly@us.af.mil.

Any response received to this RFI constitutes consent for the submission to be reviewed by military personnel, Government civilians, Department of Defense (DoD) Contractors, and Federally Funded Research and Development Centers (FFRDCs).
