The Contractor shall provide design services for roof improvements and repairs at the State Office Building located at 333 Willoughby Ave, Juneau, AK 99801. Services include, but are not limited to, site investigation of the existing roof system, investigation report, construction documents, bid services, CA services, and any required permit submittals for improvements/repairs of the roof systems. Tasks may include, but are not limited to, architecture, structural engineering, mechanical engineering, and hazardous materials investigation/environmental services.
