Bus Wraps

WFISD seeks qualified and creative vehicle wrap product and installation services.

All Vendors must abide by the Limited Contact Rule:

Limited Contact: Communication and information shared by industry representatives is a vital resource for public procurement professionals. However, to maintain fair and fully competitive procurement opportunities for all vendors and to avoid any real or perceived impropriety, vendor communication with any non-Procurement/Purchasing staff must cease once the development of a competitive solicitation begins. Any communication between a vendor and WFISD must be limited to communication with Procurement staff. Current or potential vendors who fail to comply with this limited contact policy will be disqualified from award consideration.

Please read this bid in its entirety for clear and concise understanding of all requirements in submitting a fully responsive bid. Send any and all questions or comments through the Q&A function of this electronic solicitation. The only allowable district communication outside the bid Q&A function must be sent only to purchasing@wfisd.net. Contacting district staff directly may result in disqualification.

Previously wrapped buses are older and may or may not be good candidates for removing old wrap to replace with new.

Bid pricing must include full cost of removing old wrap. Due to this variation among previously wrapped buses, Vendor may request an appointment to view buses in person. Request appointment asap. The latest appointment date is August 13, 2026.

WFISD Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
