CALL FOR BIDS
RAM Construction & Development, LLC. (RAM), as Construction Manager for the project known as Florida A & M University (FAMU) Samuel H. Coleman Library  Ground Floor Alterations, located at 525 Orr Drive, Tallahassee, Florida, is soliciting bids from Pre-Qualified Trade Contractors for the following bid packages:
INTERIOR FURNITURE
RAM will receive sealed proposals for this bid package as prepared by RAM based on specifications approved by FAMU.
All bidders are required to be pre-Qualified prior to submitting a proposal.  Small, minority, service-disabled veterans and women-owned business enterprises are strongly encouraged to submit replies to our solicitations.  Please email questions to HYPERLINK "mailto:estimator@ramflorida.com"

Sealed proposals will be received by RAM until the time listed below at the RAM Corporate Office located at 20 Ram Blvd., Midway, Fl, 32343.  Proposals will be opened publicly and read aloud.  Bids received after this time will not be accepted.
BID OPENING DATE & TIME: April 29, 2026, 2:00 p.m., EST
RAM Construction & Development, LLC reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals in the best interest of RAM and/or FAMU.
