Notice of Request for Proposal (RFP) and Bidders Conference Contingent upon the availability of funds, the Area Agency on Aging of Pasco-Pinellas, Inc. for Planning and Service Area 5 (Pasco and Pinellas Counties), is soliciting sealed proposals for Older Americans Act (OAA) and Local Services Program (LSP) services for the period of January 1, 2027 - December 31, 2027, and for a renewal period of an additional five (5) years. Services are to be provided to eligible residents based upon age. Proposals are solicited for the following services in both Pasco and Pinellas County: OAA IIIB/LSP Adult Day Care, LSP Expanded Adult Day Care, OAA IIIB/LSP Emergency Alert Response, OAA IIIB/LSP Homemaker, OAA IIIB/LSP Legal, OAA IIIB/LSP Transportation, OAA IIIC/LSP Nutrition services, OAA Title IIID Enhance Fitness, and OAA IIIEG Legal. Specifications for proposals may be obtained at the Bidder's Conference on: May 14, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. The RFP documents will be available on May 1, 2026, on the AAAPP website: https://www.agingcarefl.org. Sealed proposals are due by 3:00 p.m., on June 18, 2026, with opening of sealed submitted Proposals immediately following. |
