The City of Atascadero is requesting the services of a civil engineering consulting firm with experience in the selection and design of pavement rehabilitation methods, and the preparation of final Plans, Specifications and Estimates (PS&E) for roadway rehabilitation projects. The selected firm will be responsible to provide with their own forces or subconsultant(s), necessary testing of existing pavement conditions, field survey, design of minor roadway drainage improvements, and cost-effective pavement rehabilitation design recommendations for approximately 2,800’ of El Camino Real within the City of Atascadero.
