NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the County of Wayne will receive sealed bids for Wayne County – County Building No. 3 Entrance Stair Replacement Project located at 9 Pearl Street, Lyons, NY 14489.
Project Summary:
Wayne County is looking to award a Prime Contract to remove the existing cast-in-place and masonry exterior entrance stair and steel pipe railings at the primary entrance to 9 Pearl St. on the north side and replace them with new cast-in-place concrete stairs with painted metal railings.
A single Prime Contracts will be awarded, as follows: General Construction
Such sealed bids must be clearly identified and filed with the Clerk of the Wayne County Board of Supervisors, 26 Church Street, Lyons, New York 14489, on or before 2:00 PM. prevailing time on Tuesday, January 28th, 2025, at which time said bids, will be publicly opened and read.
There will be a “Bidders Tour” of the facility to answer any questions Bidders may have. The “Bidders Tour” will be held on Tuesday, January 14th, 2025 @ 10:00 AM. Bidders shall meet at the front door of County Building No. 3 at 9 Pearl St., Lyons, New York 14489.
ALL PRE-BID REQUEST FOR INFORMATION must be received no later than 3:00 PM on Friday, January 17th, 2025.
