they will be opened and publicly read aloud.

Digital bidding documents are available via email request directed to Matt Pocius of the Village of Woodridge
Public Works Department at mpocius@woodridgeil.gov along with any questions with the bidding
documents. Questions are due by 11:00AM on Thursday, April 30, 2026.
A Bid Deposit of 5% of the bid amount is required with the bid submittal and is to be in the form of a bid
bond, certified check or bank cashier’s check. The successful bidder will be required to furnish to the
Village and pay for a satisfactory performance bond in the full amount of the contract.
In accordance with Section 102.01 of IDOT’s Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction,
the prospective bidder in evidence of competence shall furnish to the Village as a prerequisite to the
release of proposal forms by the Village a certified or photo static copy of the “Certificate of Eligibility”
issued by the Illinois Department of Transportation.
The Village of Woodridge reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive technicalities, and to
accept any bid which is deemed to be in the best interest of the Village of Woodridge
In accordance with the law and the provisions of 820 ILCS 130/0.01 et seq., entitled "an Act regulating
wages of laborers, mechanics, and other workers employed in any public works by the state, county, city
or any public body or any political subdivision or by anyone under contract for public works”, not less than
the prevailing rate of wages shall be paid to all laborers, workmen and mechanics performing work under
this contract.
