Mt. Moriah Naval Plot FY24 Shrine Project awarded to Worrell Contracting Co., Inc
Worrell Contracting Co. Company – Worrell is currently working on site, doing similar work, therefore it is a logical follow on effort at this very small site. In accordance with VAAR 819.7008, Worrell Contracting Co. is a verified SDVOSB vendor in VetCert. Mount Moriah Cemetery has very limited space for staging, therefore, with multiple contractors onsite it will hinder progress and complicate communication with the facility. Worrell Contracting Co. is a current contractor onsite and already has the equipment, manpower and expertise to provide the service necessary. Therefore, no additional space would need to be expended. Worrell has the experience with performing Raise and Realigning work, as well as performing turf renovations.
