The Rivanna Water & Sewer Authority is soliciting sealed bids from interested vendors (âBidderâ, âSupplierâ) for the supply of Glycerin Based Supplemental Carbon for the Moores Creek Advanced Water Resource Recovery Facility located in Charlottesville, Virginia. The Authority intends to issue a Blanket Purchase Order (Contract) to secure all materials and services. The Contract shall cover a required 24-month period beginning August 1, 2026 through July 31, 2028, with the option to extend for an additional three (3) one (1) year terms.
