Par 3 Restroom Renovation

Project Description: The Town of Palm Beach, Florida ("The Town") is hereby requesting qualified contractors to submit competitive bids to complete Restroom Renovation at Par 3 Golf Course Old Clubhouse. Estimated budget for this project is $232,000.00.
This project includes furnishing all labor and materials necessary to construct all Renovation work at Par 3 Golf Course Old Clubhouse as depicted on the plans and in these specifications to provide a complete and functional system. Please see attached Scope of Work and Drawings in the attachment files section.
Construction work shall start by July 7, 2026. Substantial completion shall be achieved by the end of September 2026, with final completion by October 15, 2026.
Selected Vendor must provide General Contract License, Certified Electrical Contractor, and be Certified Plumbing Contractor.

SUBMISSION:

PRE-BID MEETING/Site Visit
A "MANDATORY" Pre-Bid/Site visit will be held in person at Palm Beach Par 3
2345 South Ocean Boulevard, Palm Beach, Florida 33480
Date/Time are specified in the "Events" section.
Bids from firms who did not have a representative in attendance at the MANDATORY Pre-bid Meeting / Site Visit shall be deemed not responsive and shall not be considered for award.
Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder whose bid meets the requirements and criteria set forth in this Invitation to Bid.
The Town reserves the right to award to that bidder who will best serve the interests of the Town, and to accept or reject any and/or all bids and to award or not award a contract based on this bid proposal.
The Town reserves the right to award on an all-or-none or a line-by-line basis.
Prices quoted must be valid for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days from the close of the bid.
RESPONSIBLE VENDOR DETERMINATION:
Respondent is hereby notified that Section 287.05701, Florida Statutes, requires that the Town of Palm Beach may not request documentation of or consider a vendor’s social, political, or ideological interest when determining if the vendor is a responsible vendor.
