2050 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN UPDATE. The City of Waconia is seeking proposals from qualified planning and multidisciplinary consultants to assist with development and adoption of its 2050 Comprehensive Plan. The city is seeking a master consultant to lead and deliver the full comprehensive planning process, except for the Local Surface Water Management, Water Supply, Sanitary Sewer, and Transportation chapters, which will be completed by a city selected engineering consultant.
