A pre-bid conference will be held on Tuesday,February 11,at 11:00 AM in the Municipal Operations Training Room located at 816 E Green Drive, High Point, NC 27260, (Come through the guard gate, go to the stop sign and make a left. The MOC training room is located at the top of the stairs of the Health and Safety office. Parking will be on your left).  City staff will be available to discuss the project and answer pertinent questions including MWBE requirements.  All prospective bidders are urged and cautioned to attend so as to prepare bids based upon a full understanding of project specifications.
