Project Description: Milwaukee County seeks a Supplier to provide debt collection and State of Wisconsin Department of Revenue Tax Refund Intercept Program (“TRIP”) processing for debts resulting from court-ordered judgments, tickets, and other fines and fees. The winning Offeror will act on behalf of the Clerk of Circuit Court to collect debts, provide information and payment services to debtors, and provide TRIP processing. Services may be expanded in future years to include the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office ("MCSO") and Parks Department ("Parks").
Milwaukee County intends to award a two (2) year contract with two (2) optional two (2) year renewals to the winning Offeror, for a total contract term of no more than six (6) years.
