Environmental modification to improve safe bathroom access and bathing for a dependent wheelchair user with significant mobility limitations. Primary targets: widen bathroom entry to permit equipment access (Hoyer or rolling shower chair), convert to zero-threshold roll-in shower with appropriate clearances, optimize fixture placement for transfers and caregiver body mechanics
