Concessionaire for the Boathouse on Lake in Mercer County Park for the Mercer County Park Commission

The Mercer County Park Commission is seeking proposals from qualified Licensees interested in operating the food, refreshment and catering concessions at the Boathouse located on Lake Mercer in Mercer County Park located at 334 South Post Road, West Windsor, New Jersey 08550. The intent of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to seek out and select one Licensee who will provide high quality food service and beverage at reasonable prices for banquets, special events, daily golfers and pool patrons with an emphasis on customer service. The term of the agreement shall be three (3) years commencing March 1, 2025 with either one two-year extension or two one-year extensions pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-15. Competitive Contracting has been authorized by the Mercer County Park Commission through Resolution PC2024-62 adopted December 18,2024.

SITE VISIT: A site visit will be conducted on January 13,2025 from 10:00 A.M. to 12: 00 P.M. at the Boathouse located at the Mercer County Park. The site visit is not mandatory requirement.
