The actual awarding of the contracts requires the review and approval of the County Board of
Commissioners. The Santa Fe County Purchasing Division will be in contact with each Bidder to
discuss the terms and conditions of the contract for these goods and/or services. Please confirm
receipt of this letter via email to bimartinez@santafecountynm.gov by the end of the business day
June 11, 2026.
