Description
The Prince Rupert Port Authority (“PRPA”) is soliciting information and rough order of magnitude (“ROM”) cost estimates to contract conflict de-escalation training for employees who work with the public. The scope of functionality is discussed in this Request for Information (“RFI”) in detail.
Target Audience:
Public-facing staff across various departments at various levels of the organization.
Staff roles include interactions with the public, such as addressing concerns, providing customer service, or managing situations with the potential for conflict.
