SWFT Compliant Fingerprinting

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) has a requirement for fingerprinting services. The compliant product is available from small business vendors on the open market. The NAICS code is 561611 and the business size is $25 million.

The proposed purchase order is being solicited on a small business set-aside basis.

The NSWCCD will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Quoter that submits the Lowest-Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) quote in response to this solicitation that represent the best value to the Government. See 52.212-2- EVALUATION. Questions/clarification regarding this solicitation must be submitted no later than November 05, 2024 at 11:59AM. All questions will be answered in an amendment to the solicitation. Quote packages are due no later than November 12, 2024, at 11:59 AM. Quote packages should contain a cover sheet that provides the following information:

a) Official Company Name;

b) Point of Contact including name and phone number;
