This is a single source posting notification; there are no solicitation documents for download. This posting is not a Request for Bid (RFB) nor Request for Proposal (RFP).
The Department of Minnesota IT Services (MNIT), partnering with the Department of Department of Public Safety (DPS), intend to enter into an agreement up to 40 mos with Unisys Corp. (Unisys) for use of LEMS Additional Premium Software Support.
The annual renewal provides additional support related to DPS’s PORTAL XL and WIN2 Software (DPS’s document storage and record-keeping system). Unisys retains exclusive ownership rights and is solely responsible for providing the required maintenance, updates, and patches. None of these required products or services can be provided through a 3rd party vendor.
