Grand Blanc Community School District will receive firm prime contractor quotes for the labor, materials, equipment, and all other services to complete the District-Wide Two-Way Radio project located at 11920 S. Saginaw Road, Grand Blanc, MI 48439.

The bidding documents consist of scope for work, terms and conditions and required documents. Contact Krista Morris at Grand Blanc Community Schools 810-591-4143 to request the documents. A copy of the documents will also be available for review at the Grand Blanc Community Schools, 11920 S. Saginaw St. Grand Blanc, MI 48439, 810-591-41443, on or after October 9, 2026.

The envelope bearing your proposal must identify your company, the proposal being bid and addressed to the attention of Mr. Jeffrey Cushman, Director of Operations, Grand Blanc Community Schools, 11920 South Saginaw, Grand Blanc, MI 48439. Each proposal shall be sealed in an opaque envelope and marked with the name of the bidder. Bids must be delivered no later than 12:00 noon, Thursday, October 29, 2026, to Grand Blanc Community School District at the address noted above. Late bids will not be considered or accepted. Each proposal must be submitted on the forms furnished and must be completed in full, including the Familial Disclosure Statement and the Affidavit of Compliance to the Iran Economic Sanctions Act and notarized. All proposals shall be firm for a period of sixty (60) days.
