The Oklahoma State Department of Education (OSDE) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to gather information from qualified suppliers that provide Multi‑Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) coaching services aligned to the OKMTSS framework. The purpose of this RFI is to identify coaching providers that meet OSDE’s requirements for supporting MTSS implementation in Oklahoma public school districts. Vendors meeting the stated criteria may be included on an approved reference list that will be made available to districts for future consideration.
