DEMOLITION OF BUILDINGS AT 1310 TITAN DR & 1318 HERITAGE DR, RANTOUL, IL

The Village of Rantoul, Illinois invites prospective contractors to bid on the demolition and disposal of the buildings at 1310 Titan Dr and 1318 Heritage Dr, including the removal of concrete foundations, the building footings and concrete floor slabs.

Sealed bids must be received no later than 2 p.m. prevailing time, Thursday, August 27, 2026, at the Village of Rantoul Municipal Building, 333 South Tanner Street, Rantoul, IL 61866.  Bids received after the closing time, at the discretion of the Village may be rejected and returned unopened.  Bids submitted should be identified on the outside of the Envelope or Package as a Bid for “VRNTL-27-B-01 “BUILDING DEMOLITION, 1310 TITAN DR & 1318 HERTAGE DR RANTOUL, IL.” and should be addressed to:  The Village of Rantoul, Community Development Office, 333 South Tanner Street, Rantoul, Illinois 61866.  The Bid opening will occur immediately after the closing time in the Conference Room of the Municipal building at 333 S Tanner St, Rantoul, IL.

A site visit will be available on Thursday, August 13, 2026, at 2:00 p.m.  Please contact Chris Milliken at (217) 892-6822 to confirm your participation in the site visit. The IFB will be available on the Village’s website on July 31, 2026.  The Village of Rantoul, Illinois reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in the bids.  No bid shall be withdrawn after bids are opened without the consent of the Village of Rantoul, Illinois for a period of sixty (60) days.
