NOTICE TO BIDDERS
FOR THE PROVISION OF EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES TO THE TOWN OF HARRISON, HUDSON
COUNTY, NEW JERSEY
ADDRESS FOR SUBMITTING BIDS: Town of Harrison, 318 Harrison Avenue, Harrison, NJ, 07029
OBTAINING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: Specifications and other bid information may be obtained electronically free
of charge. Hardcopies can be picked up upon request from the office of the Town Clerk at the address set forth above.
BID SUBMISSION PROCEDURES: Sealed Bids must be submitted on the Bid Form contained in the Contract
Documents and must be enclosed in a sealed envelope plainly marked on the outside with the name of project and the
name and address of the Bidder. The Bid must be delivered to the Owner prior to Bid opening at the above address for
submitting Bids. Bids will not be accepted after August 11, 2026, 11:00am.

STATUTORY REQUIREMENTS: Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of: P.L. 1975, c. 127 (NJAC
17:27) (Affirmative Action); P.L. 1963, c. 150 (Prevailing Wage); N.J.S.A. 10:2-1, et. seq.; P.L. 2004, c. 57 (Business
Registration); and the Contract Documents. Bids will be evaluated and awarded under the Competitive Contracting
provisions of the NJ Local Public Contracts Law, N.J.S.A 40A:11-1, et seq.
REJECTION OF BIDS: The Town of Harrison reserves the right to reject any or all bids which fall under certain
circumstances pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-13.2, or to waive any minor informalities or non-material exceptions in a bid
where such is not detrimental to the best interest of the Town of Harrison and fairness of the bidding process. The right
is also reserved to increase or decrease the quantities specified in the manner designated in the Contract Documents.
