Lakeline Park Phase 2 - Construction Manager at Risk Services

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for Construction Manager at Risk Services for the Lakeline Park Phase 2 project in the City of Cedar Park. Included in the scope of services is collaboration with the design team during the design phase, attendance at design coordination meetings and constructability reviews, value engineering participation, construction scheduling, cost estimating, and development of a guaranteed maximum price (GMP) proposal for all work identified within the drawings and specifications as identified through the design process.

This RFP is the second step of a two-step selection process, per Texas Government Code 2269, and follows step one which was a publicly posted Request for Qualifications (RFQ). This RFP is only available for submission to the firms who submitted in response to the RFQ and were graded highest. Proposals must be submitted to the City of Cedar Park by 12:00 P.M. CDT on September 16, 2026.
