The Virginia Department of Transportation is seeking expressions of interest from engineering consulting firms who wish to be considered to aid VDOT in developing solutions that provide a high benefit-cost ratio. STARS helps VDOT to develop a sustainable pipeline of projects for inclusion to the SYIP. The proposed fixed billable rate (Actual Cost) on-call contract will have a maximum value of $4,000,000.00 per term.The solicitation information and documents are available at www.bidexpress.com.
