The Virginia Department of Transportation is seeking expressions of interest from engineering consulting firms who wish to be considered to aid VDOT in developing solutions that provide a high benefit-cost ratio. STARS helps VDOT to develop a sustainable pipeline of projects for inclusion to the SYIP.
