Quinault Division of Natural Resources (QDNR) is hosting a dinner as part of a community outreach event to share QIN’s draft Lake Quinault Management Plan on Thursday September 10th, 2026. We are seeking bids to cook dinner with a side, salad, and dessert for 70 guests at the Taholah Community Center. The menu for dinner, side, salad, and dessert dishes is of your choosing. Dinner will need to be served at 6:00 pm.

Project Description: Lake Quinault Management Plan Community Outreach Dinner
Quinault Division of Natural Resources (QDNR) is hosting a dinner as part of a community outreach event to share QIN's
draft Lake Quinault Management Plan on Thursday September 10th, 2026. We are seeking bids to cook dinner with a
side, salad, and dessert for 70 guests at the Taholah Community Center. The menu for dinner, side, salad, and dessert
dishes is of your choosing. Dinner will need to be served at 6:00 pm.
Scope of work
* Prep, cook, and serve dinner and dessert for 70 people. The menu is up to you. Please state in detail what you
will be preparing. Water will need to be purchased to go with the meal.
* Shop for supplies and food. A check can be provided in advance for the purchase of food and supplies from the
vendor of your choice, or a PO to Swanson's can be provided.
* Set up of dining area, which includes setting tables and chairs up.
* Cleaning of kitchen after event and dining area (putting tables and chairs away, sweeping, mopping, taking out
the garbage, etc.).
* Be at the community center for the pre-rental and post-rental walk through.
Qualifications
* Food handlers permit for all that will be prepping and cooking food
* Must have cooked for large gatherings at least twice before this event (please describe)
* QIN Business License
Indian Contractor Preference
Preference will be given to Indian Contractors. Please specify in the proposal If bidders are Quinault (with enrollment
number), Supporting Quinault, Other Indian, or Non-Tribal.
Submission of Bids
* Description of qualifications, including your experience cooking for large gatherings
* Anticipated menu with costs, with a breakdown for food, supplies and labor
* 3 references
