Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) intends to retain an engineering consulting firm in the capacity of Prime Consultant supported by a team of internal personnel or multidisciplinary Sub-Consultants, for the provision of full municipal/civil engineering services to review all of the related documentation, design development, preparation of design, bilingual construction documents, tender call, bid evaluation and Construction contract award, construction and contract administration including resident site services, cost, scheduling and project control, and post construction warranty review, for the Project. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
